1. Acceptance
By installing or using Lumina Speak, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
Lumina Speak grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Redistribute or resell the app or your subscription
- Use the app to infringe third-party intellectual property rights
3. Subscriptions and billing
Free plan
Available at no cost with limited features. No payment information required.
Pro plan — $9.99/month
Billed monthly via Stripe. Includes all Pro features listed in the app.
Pro+ plan — $19.99/month
Billed monthly via Stripe. Includes all Pro+ features.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time via Profile → Manage subscription. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Payment failure
If payment fails, a 7-day grace period applies before downgrade to Free.
4. Support SLA

SLA response times are targets, not guarantees. We make reasonable efforts to meet them on business days.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Lumina Speak to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Circumvent feature gates or subscription enforcement
6. Data and privacy
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described therein.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Lumina Speak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina Speak's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
